Pay by card

Enter your case reference, then choose the currency on your invoice. Payment is taken on Stripe’s secure checkout; we never see your card details.

The number after “Ref.” in your letter’s subject line — or the REF on your invoice. Enter the number only, without “Ref.” or the “/I”. It links your payment to your case.

If you pay without the reference, email info@79pixels.net with your reference and receipt so we can match the payment to your case.

Pay by bank transfer

Pay only to the account printed on your invoice. It is in the name of 79 Pixels, Inc. Use your case reference as the payment reference.

We never change our bank details by email. If you receive a message saying they have changed, don’t pay — email info@79pixels.net quoting your reference, or see how to check a letter is from us.

Payment plans and more time

Payment plans are available on request, and so is more time. Reply before the date in your letter, quoting your reference, and say what you need.

The date in your letter stands until we confirm a new one in writing.

We match the payment to your case reference and confirm in writing that the past use is settled.

Keep your records

Keep the confirmation with the invoice. A settlement resolves the past use only; to keep using the photograph, ask us for a licence covering future use — see our licence rates.
